As we enter phase 3, we are allowing more of our clients back into the lobby. Clients who have medical or grooming appointments for their pets have the option to enter our lobby for an in-person visit or remain in their cars for a curb-side appointment. We kindly ask for everyone in our lobby to wear a face mask and practice social distancing. If you need to pickup a prescription refill or pet food, you also have the option to come inside the lobby or remain curbside. For our daycare and boarding clients, we are asking for you to still call ahead to make sure the lobby is empty enough to come inside, or you may request your pet to be brought to your car.
