Updated June 1, 2020

Dear Clients,

We are excited to announce that starting Monday June 1, 2020 we will begin to open our lobby up to clients who have appointments. We will still have you call us when you arrive in the parking lot and wait in your car until it is time to take you and your pet directly to an exam room. We kindly ask that you wear a mask while inside our building. We are still offering our curb-side service for anyone who prefers not to come inside. At this time, we will continue our curb-side service for our drop-off appointments (like surgery, daycare, etc.).

Updated procedures:

For appointments, clients now have the option for curb-side service or to come into the building for the appointment.
*When you arrive for your appointment, stay in your parked car and call the front office at 919-469-7387 to let us know you have arrived.
*Wait in your car and a technician will call you to discuss your pet's medical history and ask relevant questions about your visit.
*If you decide to come into the building for your appointment, the technician will inform you when it is time for you and your pet to come into the building and go straight into an exam room.
*If you do not want to come into the building, a staff member will come retrieve your pet from your car. The veterinarian will call you after the exam to discuss their findings and recommendations and to get your approval for further diagnostics and treatment if needed. Payments will be made over the phone and your pet will be returned to your car with any necessary medications and instructions.

Patients being dropped off for surgery, other medical care services, and grooming will be curbside and communications handled over the phone.
*Please call us when you arrive and a staff member will come to your car to retrieve your pet.
*This same procedure will be followed when you come to pick up your pet.
*A staff member will call to discuss the details of your pet's visit over the phone.

All daycare and boarding guests will also be met outside by a staff member.
*Please call us when you arrive and a staff member will come to your car to retrieve your pet.
*This same procedure will be followed when you come to pick up your pet.
*An inn keeper will discuss all boarding information with you over the phone.

If you need to pick up food or medication, we ask that you please follow a similar procedure.
*Call ahead to request the food or medication that you need and let us know when you would like to pick it up.
*Please allow at least 2 hours for prescription medications to be filled.
*Call us when you arrive to pick up your requested items and we will take your payment over the phone.
*Please wait in your car and a staff member will bring your items out to you.

Our primary goal is the well-being of our patients, clients, and staff members. Thank you for your patience as we all work together to provide your pets with the care they need while preventing the spread of COVID-19.

If you have any questions or concerns, please call us at 919-469-7387.
